Here at The White Book, we invest in mental health as a daily practice. Taking a holistic approach to mental health looks at all aspects of your everyday, including your physical, emotional, social and mental wellbeing.

With that in mind, we offer the book together with aids and tools that can help us reconnect, refresh, and revive our body and mind. Each bundle is guided by a different intention, and are created to be enjoyed as an individual, or together with others — perfect as a gift for any recipient.

Bundles will be packed in a black boxes and string tie. Handwritten note-writing service on giftcards available upon request.

Our brand name was inspired by the rugged terrain and haunting beauty of the majestic Himalayan mountains. Though we have come a long way since our inception in 2014, we continue to focus on our core philosophy of simplicity and sustainability every day.

Choose between Ashberry or Saffy Fields. Soap bars are handcrafted with botanical ingredients. Free from synthetic fragrances, colours, sulphates and parabens.
